Earlier this year we lost our colleague Sue Feely to Ovarian Cancer. On Saturday 28 September 2019 – 40 friends, colleagues and family members took part in a 5K and 10K 'Walk for Sue' to raise money for Target Ovarian Cancer. Despite an unsettled weather forecast, we were blessed with sunshine and some blue skies for our walk along Marine Drive, Douglas Head.
The walk finished with afternoon tea (Always Time For Tea – Pop Up Afternoon Teas on the IOM) in the British Pub, North Quay, Douglas.
The day was all about remembering our lovely colleague Sue, who we have been blessed to work with, as well as showing our support to Sue’s family and raising some money towards Target Ovarian Cancer. The total received from entries fees and generous additional donations was £1,397!!
